Jeff

Jeff Mountain

At The Helm

Born and raised in Yorkshire but long settled in Scotland, Jeff discovered early on that a life at sea wasn’t to be – thanks to colour blindness and a self-confessed lack of engineering prowess. Instead, he channelled his curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit into the emerging offshore oil and gas industry in Aberdeen during the 1980s.  A proud family man and mentor, Jeff now enjoys supporting the next generation of innovators while still finding time to travel – with hopes of one day watching the All Blacks at Eden Park and sailing in Auckland Bay. Founded ETPM in 2007 which in turn bought P&S in 2012. Co founded Underwater Contracting in 2017. All three companies form Ocean Marine group.
