The team monitors change within the industry, such as changes to the OCIMF and IMCA standards for the performance of DP Trials, and are proactive in their adoption into our own processes.
Our DP Technical Authority has published numerous technical papers and is highly versed in the principles of Dynamic Positioning, FMEA, Electrical System and Redundancy design concepts.
On a day to day basis, the Technical Authority provides guidance and support to the in field DP Surveyors, overseeing the performance of DP Trials and has ultimate responsibility for verification of DP Trials results, Acceptance of Findings and Final Quality Assurance.
